As a third-generation construction professional, Joseph comes from a rich heritage of construction experience. During his time in construction he has had the opportunity to work on many high-profile projects throughout Utah and the western United States. He has experience in preconstruction as an estimator, and in project completion as a project manager. Joseph is well versed in multiple types of construction including healthcare, education, hospitality, office, etc. He has worked on almost any type of structures you can imagine including; hospitals, class A office spaces, educational facilities, hotels, tunnels, high rises, parking structures, bridges, warehouses, data centers, recreational facilities, etc. Furthermore, he is an expert in concrete and concrete construction including tilt ups, post tension slabs, suspended slabs, etc.
As a construction professional, Joseph is experienced in providing budget pricing, preconstruction management, subcontractor screening and contracting, scheduling, constructability reviews, value engineering, and project management.
During any project Joseph will oversee all preconstruction services and estimates.
